About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in Swanley. This part-time role offers flexible hours across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, allowing you to tailor your schedule around your needs and other commitments. You will be a vital part of our team, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining high store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
- Maintain store standards, ensuring a clean, well-organized, and appealing retail environment.
- Assist with sales transactions, processing payments and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a unified and efficient customer experience.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a retail environment (desirable).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work within a team.
- Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
