About the Role:
This role is focused on delivering key commercial project objectives and supporting organisational change within the commercial teams. The Online Business Lead will work with various stakeholders and teams to drive the adoption of new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to support and lead commercial deliverables of projects.
- Deliver commercial project objectives, including the commercial usage and adoption of new technologies.
- Plan and support the delivery of organisational change within the commercial teams of Business Units (BUs).
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines and milestones, keeping key stakeholders updated.
- Monitor project performance and feed into wider project updates and reviews.
- Organise and develop workshops to drive adoption and organisational development.
- Manage and highlight risks to stakeholders, creating mitigation plans.
- Support the wider Online Business team in a commercial environment as required.
Skills and Expertise:
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Business Units.
- Ability to influence and affect change within Business Units.
- Understanding of building commercial plans to enable new technology.
- Ability to work with multiple projects, timelines, and requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt and support other teams and roles as required.
- Strong focus on commercial and customer KPIs, and the ability to influence wider project teams to ensure these are always at the heart of deliverables.
