About the Role:
Lead a team of pizza makers to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food at a Papa John’s restaurant in Dorset. Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members in task assignments, workflow, and motivation for excellent service.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing complaints and requests.
- Oversee food preparation, guaranteeing quality, taste, and adherence to standards.
- Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team duties and step up as shift leader when required.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a Shift Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor (in a fast-food, quick-service, or pizza restaurant; training provided).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach, especially in handling food orders.
- Commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
