About the Role:
Join Haven’s team at Cleethorpes Beach Holiday Park as a dedicated Lifeguard, ensuring a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for our guests. Your vigilance and responsiveness will be crucial in maintaining a positive atmosphere for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries and concerns.
Skills and Expertise:
- Current NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) certification.
- Proficient swimming ability.
- Strong observation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain focus and act quickly in emergency situations.
- Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
