Our client, a global leader, seeks a skilled French-speaking Customer Service Representative to manage the end-to-end customer journey. This crucial role requires a proactive approach to customer issues and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage current customer accounts
  • Handle high volume of inbound phone calls
  • Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
  • Resolve customer and carrier issues
  • Provide quotes, arrange bookings and take payments
  • Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
  • Represent the company professionally and mentor other employees
