Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current customer accounts
- Handle high volume of inbound phone calls
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
- Resolve customer and carrier issues
- Provide quotes, arrange bookings and take payments
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software
- Represent the company professionally and mentor other employees
