About the Role:
Our client, a leading provider of specialist care, seeks an experienced and passionate Band 7 Dietitian to join their multidisciplinary team focused on supporting patients with complex mental health conditions. This role offers a valuable opportunity to make a significant difference in improving patient outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert dietary care to individuals with complex needs.
- Collaborate with service users to create evidence-based, individualized dietary plans.
- Address a range of challenges, including mental health and personality disorders.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team for a patient-focused approach.
- Support service users with strategies like motivational interviewing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Dietetic services.
Skills and Expertise:
- Degree or postgraduate diploma in Dietetics (or equivalent).
- HCPC registration and BDA membership.
- Experience at Band 6 level, preferably in mental health or inpatient/acute settings.
- Enthusiasm for collaboration and supporting others.
