About the Role:
Lead by example as a Duty Manager in a fast-paced food and beverage environment at Upper Crust, Crewe Station. Drive excellence in customer service, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a clean and welcoming atmosphere exceeding customer expectations.
- Guide and support colleagues, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Coordinate team efforts during opening and closing, adhering to guidelines and completing documentation.
- Focus on operational efficiency, monitor unit performance, and champion improvements.
- Recognize and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example and fostering inclusivity.
- Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and make thoughtful decisions ensuring team success and customer service excellence.
Skills and Expertise:
- 1+ years experience as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
- Ability to handle and serve alcohol (18+).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to coordinate and manage teams.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage operations.
