About the Role:
This exciting opportunity with a West London-based charity allows you to support vulnerable women escaping domestic violence. You will play a crucial role in ensuring victims feel safe and supported, fostering a strong support network and safeguarding their children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for victims, providing emotional support.
- Advocate for victims, empowering them to speak up.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage caseloads.
- Signpost victims to relevant support services.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as an IDVA or ISVA.
- Experience managing caseloads of vulnerable clients.
- Proven experience dealing with women and children facing crisis situations.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Enhanced Adults and Childrens DBS check (required).
