About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our established Sheffield-based client. You will provide essential administrative support to a dynamic legal team of 8, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to legal protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Printing, scanning, and distributing legal documents (e.g., wills, powers of attorney).
- Providing general ad-hoc administrative support to the wider legal team.
- Ensuring the correct distribution of legal documents while maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
- Assisting in the preparation and production of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of files.
- Collaborating with team members on various projects, emphasizing teamwork and mutual support.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven administrative experience.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential documents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proactive approach to managing multiple tasks.
