About the Role:
Lead a nursing team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Ensure effective supervision and staff development, and act as a key member in achieving patient outcomes. Take charge of a clinical area and manage communication with patients, relatives, and carers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership to a nursing team.
- Ensure high-quality, individualized patient care.
- Supervise and develop nursing staff.
- Support patients in achieving planned outcomes.
- Lead care assessment, implementation, and discharge processes.
- Manage allocated resources efficiently.
- Develop and maintain communication with patients, families, and carers.
- Provide supervision and support to the nursing team.
- Participate in clinical audit, risk management, and incident reporting.
- Deputise for the manager as required.
Skills and Expertise:
- Current NMC Pin registration (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management experience
- Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff
- Knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols
- Proficiency in resource management and allocation
