About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join a leading facilities maintenance provider in Wakefield. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-quality service delivery across various facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete all maintenance tasks to the highest standard and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance work.
- Work on lighting systems, power distribution, motors, and pumps.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Deliver work efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication with clients.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified Maintenance Electrician with a City & Guilds or equivalent qualification.
- Understanding of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and power distribution systems.
- Clean driving license.
- Enhanced DBS check.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- On-call rota
- Vehicle provided
- Competitive salary up to 37,000
