About the Role:

Our client, a leading IT reseller, is seeking a motivated and target-driven New Business Development Executive to identify and secure new business opportunities. This role will play a key part in driving revenue growth by generating leads and supporting account managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients to generate leads.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system for new business activity.
  • Promote marketing initiatives and events.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns with vendor partners around IT security.
  • Collaborate with in-house and outsourced marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Follow up on marketing activity via email, phone, and social media to schedule appointments for account managers.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance for vendors and marketing teams.
  • Support senior account managers during client meetings.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven sales skills and experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in CRM systems.
  • Understanding of IT security principles and solutions (beneficial).
  • 6-12 months of experience in a cold-calling role.
