Our client, a multi-award-winning dementia support charity, seeks a reliable and compassionate Minibus Driver to transport members to and from their centre. The role demands patient care and ensures the safety and comfort of individuals living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport members to and from the centre.
- Provide kind and patient support to individuals living with dementia.
- Maintain the minibus’s cleanliness, roadworthiness, and maintenance.
- Report any maintenance requirements for the minibus.
- Build positive relationships with members and their families.
Skills and Expertise:
- D1 Licence
- Full clean driving licence
- Experience or understanding of working with individuals with dementia
- Kind, patient, and reliable nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional references available
