About the Role:
eXPD8 is seeking a driven Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team in the Yeovil area. This role requires an individual with experience in ensuring store fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked, across various household name brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising standards and guidelines.
- Follow and execute planograms to maintain consistent visual merchandising.
- Arrange and organize products to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Set up promotional displays and signage.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store colleagues.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback to client account teams.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in retail merchandising or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of product placement and visual merchandising principles.
- Comfortable with manual handling and arranging products.
- Proficiency using company tablets for task management and communication.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
