About the Role:
This role involves providing supportive care to patients within the Maxillo-facial OPD department, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all. You’ll be a key part of a team providing high-quality healthcare in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care and support, including assisting with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow established protocols.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Liaise effectively with medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Manage patient flow to optimize efficiency within the department.
Skills and Expertise:
- Relevant healthcare experience, ideally within a similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Proven experience working within the NHS is desirable.
- Knowledge of specific maxillo-facial procedures is a plus.
