About the Role:
A permanent cleaner is required for 16.5 hours per week, term-time, at Sgoil Lionacleit in Benbecula. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of designated areas, including floors, furniture, toilets, and changing rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, furniture, and fittings in designated areas.
- Clean and disinfect toilets and changing rooms.
- Washing, sweeping, vacuuming, and emptying bins.
- Polishing and dusting of designated areas.
- Use powered equipment as needed.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in a similar cleaning role.
- Awareness of commercial cleaning requirements.
- Understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
- Familiarity with handling and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 10,392 – 10,489 per annum, inclusive of 1,057 Distant Islands Allowance
