About the Role:
Exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support Site Management on the HS2 project in Washwood Heath, Birmingham. This role focuses on time and cost management for labour, plant, and equipment, and assisting other teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and check weekly timesheets using TIPS software.
- Add cost codes and ensure payroll adheres to company regulations.
- Maintain records for labour, equipment, and costs.
- Assist with payroll, resource allocation, and other administrative tasks.
- Support HR and other teams with hiring, departures, and absence management.
- Visit sites to check records and resolve issues.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a busy administration environment.
- Construction or related background is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
