About the Role:
We are seeking self-employed, driven Sales Representatives to join our growing solar panel installation team in Surrey. This is a commission-only, flexitime role focusing on securing installations across the designated postcode area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new solar panel installation leads in assigned postcode areas.
- Consult with potential customers to identify their energy needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Present and close sales deals to meet individual targets.
- Provide customers with accurate and comprehensive information on solar products.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Receive and complete training on solar panel products and processes.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in direct sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Understanding of solar panel technology.
- Full UK driving license.
- Own laptop/tablet.
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
