About the Role:
Alfa Leisureplex Group is seeking a dedicated Baggage Handler to work at our Reading Services on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for efficiently handling passenger baggage, ensuring smooth transfers between coaches. This role requires excellent customer service and a proactive approach to assisting customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload passenger bags from feeder coaches.
- Load bags onto the correct Alfa Travel coaches.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to passengers, as needed.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
