About the Role:
Join the Liverpool FC retail team as a Casual Sales Advisor at our Anfield store. This exciting role focuses on providing excellent customer service and driving sales within our high-volume retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer sales and refunds, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Processing cash and card payments efficiently.
- Developing strong product knowledge to advise customers on product selection.
- Driving sales by promoting add-ons and upselling.
- Supporting merchandising and display efforts.
- Contributing to stock control and cash flow management.
- Assisting with receiving and storing stock deliveries.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in retail or customer service.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in delivering excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of retail processes (desirable).
