As a Lounge Host at British Airways Gatwick Lounges, you’ll provide exceptional 5-star service to customers, ensuring a delightful experience. You’ll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in the lounge environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and efficient service to customers.
- Assist in food and snack preparation.
- Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and restaurant area.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
- Ensure adherence to British Airways specifications and customer expectations.
- Keep counters and displays in excellent condition.
- Clear tables promptly.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent customer service skills.
