About the Role:
Our client seeks a skilled Bodyshop Prepper and Polisher to join their team in Chelmsford, Essex. This role is ideal for someone passionate about car bodywork with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing vehicles for paint by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas.
- Polishing and finishing vehicles to a high standard.
- Assisting with the overall bodywork process, ensuring quality control.
- Working with the team to ensure vehicle delivery on time.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in bodyshop preparation and polishing.
- Keen eye for detail and high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work efficiently within a team.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.
- Own tools and be fully qualified for Automotive Bodyshop work.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary up to 18 per hour.
- Bonus opportunity (up to 3,500 p.a.).
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch).
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- No weekends worked.
- On-site parking.
