About the Role:
Purosearch is seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join a growing team in a medium-sized nursing home in Bromsgrove. This role focuses on providing high-quality care to elderly residents with dementia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia.
- Monitoring residents’ health and well-being.
- Administering medication as prescribed.
- Documenting care provided accurately and consistently.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and residents’ families.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Experience working with elderly residents, especially those with dementia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and resident care policies.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Competitive salary of up to 20 per hour.
