As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker in Peterborough, you’ll provide vital care and support to adults with diverse needs in a 5-bed supported living service. Your role is central to helping individuals achieve independence and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement person-centered support plans, promoting independence and managing risks.
- Develop and deliver engaging activity plans to foster personal growth.
- Support individuals with health needs and lifestyle management.
- Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed records.
- Oversee medication processes and support self-administration.
