About the Role:

Our newest client, a leading Financial PR firm in London, seeks a dynamic Account Director to manage and grow client relationships. This exciting role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and project management skills to spearhead digital and social initiatives within the financial and professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital and social media strategies for clients in financial and professional services.
• Lead creative deliverables, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
• Write, edit, and review social content, blog posts, reports, and client materials.
• Monitor social media trends and provide insightful reports to clients.
• Manage deadlines and ensure accurate reporting.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends.
• Launch and optimize paid social campaigns.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of client’s business, industry, and competitors.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and effective communication.

Skills and Expertise:

• 2-4 years experience in digital marketing, social media, or creative roles.
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Teamwork and outcome-oriented approach.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional client relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or a related field.
• Agency experience and regulated industry background (financial/professional services).
• Familiarity with digital tools (Khoros, Spredfast, TalkWalker, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMRush).
• Strong research and report writing skills.
