About the Role:
Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join their UK technology reseller team. This junior-level role (0-2 years experience) offers a fantastic opportunity to kickstart a career in business development, focusing on building and maintaining key relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Resellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring needs are met and strong relationships are fostered.
- Engage in regular cold-calling to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales activities using Pipedrive CRM.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay abreast of trends and competitors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and promotional activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
Skills and Expertise:
- Recent graduate or degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a comparable role.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive CRM (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about sales and client relationships.
- Ability to handle rejection and persistently pursue leads.
- Basic understanding of the technology reseller market.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
