About the Role:
Deliver exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high hygiene standards for a Mitie client in North East Lincolnshire. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to cleaning schedules and safety regulations. Ensure all aspects of the contract meet SLA agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily and periodic cleaning tasks to the required standard.
- Carry out general low-risk hygiene tasks (e.g., washing equipment, walls, floors).
- Operate cleaning equipment and perform deep sanitation.
- Liaise with the Hygiene Supervisor.
- Handle chemicals safely, ensuring proper labeling and storage.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, quality, H&S procedures, and company policies.
- Complete related documents and records accurately.
- Adhere to the company cleaning schedule.
- Work safely as part of a team to maintain high visual and microbiological hygiene standards.
- Complete any reasonable tasks assigned by the Management Team.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a food manufacturing cleaner (desirable, but not essential).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work night shifts (4 on, 4 off).
- Ability to dismantle equipment and machinery.
- Ability to handle and use chemicals (subject to COSHH training).
- IPAF certification (desirable, but not essential).
