About the Role:
Join our dedicated team of Care Assistants at South Moor Lodge Care Home to provide compassionate care and support to residents. Your role is vital in assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring the wellbeing of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support with daily activities (washing, dressing, eating).
- Promote resident independence, dignity, and respect.
- Promote physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Complete Daily Charts accurately.
- Maintain 100% compliance with mandatory training.
Skills and Expertise:
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent people skills.
- Caring and nurturing attitude.
- Positive and enthusiastic outlook.
- Good time management and communication skills (written & oral).
- Willingness to study towards a Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
- Reason or experience related to care.
- Live within 30 minutes of the home (preferred).
