About the Role:
A temporary Clean Air Zone Travel Advisor is needed in Bristol to support the public, businesses, and organizations regarding the Clean Air Zone. This role will involve providing support and advice, and administering financial assistance to those with non-compliant vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support and advice to the public, businesses, and organizations regarding the Clean Air Zone.
- Administering financial support to those with non-compliant vehicles.
- Updating spreadsheets using Excel.
- Communicating effectively via email and phone.
Skills and Expertise:
- 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C, or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent (e.g., G Suite).
- Experience with Excel.
