About the Role:
Join Care UK as a Registered General Nurse providing outstanding leadership for care staff and supporting residents with complex needs. This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality clinical nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding leadership for care staff
- Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels
- Providing clinical nursing to residents, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures (e.g., wound care, catheter management)
- Ensuring clinical excellence within the home
- Developing tailored care plans to deliver excellence in everything you do
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Experienced in clinical assessment tools (e.g., Waterlow, MUST)
- Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans
