Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, supervise, and develop kitchen team members.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of fresh and seasonal produce.
  • Experience in menu design and planning.
  • Proficient in stock control and food cost management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
