About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and plan menus.
- Manage stock control and adhere to food cost guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Train, supervise, and develop kitchen team members.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong understanding of fresh and seasonal produce.
- Experience in menu design and planning.
- Proficient in stock control and food cost management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
