About the Role:
A live-in carer is needed in the UK to provide comprehensive care and support to a client. This full-time, live-in position requires a dedicated individual to ensure the client’s well-being and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including helping with hygiene and mobility.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Managing incontinence.
- Conducting hair and nail care.
- Assisting with hoisting.
- Preparing meals and managing grocery shopping.
- Managing household tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
- Ensuring the client’s safety and comfort at all times.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in providing care and support.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to work 7 days a week with a 2-hour break.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and support the client if required.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Compassionate and caring nature.
