About the Role:
Join a rapidly expanding maintenance company in London to manage a portfolio of buildings, conducting PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building upkeep. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Electrical and Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Execute general building services tasks.
- Maintain statutory compliance including water treatment, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Handle FCU’s, AHU’s, HVAC plant, and water treatment systems.
- Manage landlord and tenant areas for prestigious clients.
- Cover for colleagues’ absences, including holidays and sickness.
Skills and Expertise:
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
- 17th Edition knowledge.
- Commercial building maintenance experience.
- Experience with statutory compliance.
- Client-facing experience.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Basic salary of 42,000.
