About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to manage combined receptionist, property assistant, and secretary duties in our busy Town Centre Legal Practice. This varied role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones, dealing with enquiries, and distributing mail.
- Indexing Wills and Title deeds, closing files, and performing general office duties.
- Assisting the Property Manager with estate agency tasks including managing social media portals, arranging viewings, providing client feedback, updating the company website, generating virtual tours, and managing emails.
- Providing secretarial support to partners, initially covering maternity leave and ongoing holiday cover, including audio typing.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with relevant software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Experience with property administration or estate agency is preferred.
- Experience with audio typing is an advantage.
