About the Role:
This 3-month contract role offers a pivotal administrative role within the purchasing team, focusing on processing information, managing PO systems, and supporting data analysis. The position provides a chance to work for a global company with a presence in Crewe and represent them on an interim basis. The client emphasizes staff well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support PO system and processing of information through systems, controlling and tracking anomalies.
- Follow input procedures and support queries within the team.
- Support finance team requests for expenditure report updates.
- Support invoicing when required.
- Support data analysis to produce reports.
Skills and Expertise:
- GCSE level education or equivalent.
- Analytical administrative experience.
- Experience with SAP (desirable).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with various teams.
