About the Role:
Become a Field Interviewer and contribute to official surveys that inform government policy. This role allows you to interact with diverse communities, collect valuable data, and make a real impact on your local area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit sampled addresses to encourage survey completion.
- Conduct interviews with respondents in their homes.
- Plan, organize, and manage own workload with support from the team.
- Collect data accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to interview schedules (09:00-20:00, Monday-Saturday).
Skills and Expertise:
- Outgoing personality and confidence to approach people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using laptops and smartphones.
- Ability to transport and carry equipment.
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
- Ability to navigate addresses within a 40-mile radius.
- Live within a 10-mile radius of the allocated location.
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
