About the Role:
Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust seeks qualified bank nurses for its Birmingham Hospice. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering holistic care to life-limited and life-threatened children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work ad hoc shifts to cover absences.
- Assess, plan, and deliver care to babies, children, and young people, creating individual care plans.
- Plan food choices, organize trips, and support families.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Childrens Nurse
- Experience working with children
- Experience in paediatric palliative care (advantageous)
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 15.27 to 18.43 per hour, plus enhancements
- Bank shifts
- Based in Birmingham Hospice
