About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized Service and Deployment Coordinator to join our dynamic Customer Service team. This role is responsible for optimising engineer deployment, managing customer expectations, and ensuring timely service delivery in Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for engineers, clients, and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Optimise engineer deployment across a specific geographical area and meet client needs.
  • Schedule and plan work effectively to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
  • Maintain and record legislative documentation.
  • Process purchase orders and Service Order Requests (SORs).
  • Keep customers informed about repairs and related processes.
  • Escalate resource issues.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team success.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to achieving business objectives.
  • Handle administrative tasks (written work, phone calls, clerical duties).
  • Liaise with parts centres to ensure efficient engineer operations.
  • Maintain effective communication with tenants and customers.
  • Assist and support partnered departments.
  • Perform other duties as needed based on seasonal demands and departmental needs.
  • Prioritise Health, Safety, and Welfare of self and colleagues.
  • Seek value for money opportunities to ensure service excellence.
  • Implement measures to drive continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to company Equality and Diversity policies.
  • Comply with IT Security and Data Protection regulations.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Proficient in record-keeping and documentation
  • Experience with scheduling and planning
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation (likely relevant to heating services)
  • Experience with using computer systems and software for administration tasks

Job Facilities/Benefits:

  • Temporary to Permanent role after a 12-week qualifying period.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
  • Fully office based.
  • Salary: 26,280 per annum
