About the Role:
Lead and supervise care shifts, manage resident cases, and deliver high-quality care plans in partnership with families and healthcare professionals. Ensure residents’ well-being and independence through daily support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise care assistants.
- Case manage residents and liaise with families and healthcare professionals.
- Administer and record medication.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Support residents with daily needs, maintaining their independence.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop services.
- Provide a professional and inclusive approach to care.
Skills and Expertise:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (desirable).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- IT literacy and effective allocation/delegation skills.
- Experience in care planning.
- Experience with medication administration (or willingness to train).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
