About the Role:

The School Administrator will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of a London school. This role includes managing examination processes and supporting students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage school administration tasks to ensure efficient operations.
  • Support examination services, including managing invigilators and the entry process.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all school matters.
  • Collaborate effectively with students, colleagues, and school staff.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
  • Use ICT effectively to support learning.
  • Maintain accurate records and data.
  • Adhere to GDPR policies and procedures.
  • Work cooperatively with the staff of the Local Education Authority and relevant agencies.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience working in a school or similar environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Schools MIS systems (e.g., Bromcom).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with children of relevant age in a learning environment.
  • Proficiency in using ICT for administrative tasks.
  • Understanding of GDPR processes and procedures.
