Key Responsibilities:
- Support office transition times in the morning.
- Develop knowledge and skills across the administrative department.
- Manage interactions with parents, carers, and pupils professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure child safeguarding.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.
- Maintain and update website content (if applicable).
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the office manager and leadership team.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Warm, caring, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Bromcom, Parentpay, and PSF (desirable).
- Experience in a busy office environment.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality and child safeguarding.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (A-C).
