About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team at Ark Start in London. This role involves implementing the Ark Start curriculum and fostering positive relationships with children and parents, ensuring a stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of key worker children, conducting observations and assessments.
  • Implement the Ark Start curriculum effectively.
  • Foster high-quality interactions with all children in the nursery.
  • Create a safe and secure environment conducive to learning and development.
  • Maintain accurate child records and communicate with parents and senior staff.
  • Promote the nursery’s high standards to all stakeholders.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (or willingness to work towards qualification).
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding children and welfare concerns.
  • Collaborative team player with initiative.
  • Ability to reflect on practice and commit to continuous improvement.
