About the Role:
Are you a people person with a passion for making a difference? The Oxygen Works in the Highlands is seeking a friendly and supportive Operations Coordinator to enhance client experiences and ensure smooth operations within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every visit.
- Engage with clients and showcase our work through social media and other channels.
- Support life-changing therapy sessions, maintaining a safe, comfortable, and functional environment.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant administrative and communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Experience with client engagement and support is advantageous.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: 20,592 to 21,294 (30 hrs/wk)
