About the Role:
Absolute Interpreting & Translations is seeking professional Face-to-Face Spanish Interpreters to facilitate communication between patients, end-users, and service providers in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional, high-quality, impartial, and confidential interpreting services.
- Engage with diverse communities to bridge language barriers.
- Work in various locations, including hospitals, councils, schools, and other public and private sector organizations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong command of Spanish language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience as a Face-to-Face interpreter.
- Knowledge of cultural nuances relevant to interpreting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
