About the Role:
Join Serco’s UK & Europe division as an Enterprise Architect Bids and help shape cutting-edge, integrated technology solutions for strategic bids. This role plays a critical role in ensuring solutions meet customer needs and Serco’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DDaT (Digital, Data, and Technology) aspects of strategic bids, defining architecture and delivery roadmaps.
- Collaborate with bid and business development teams to craft technology solutions aligned with Serco’s strategy and client requirements.
- Integrate technology suppliers into cohesive solutions, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Maintain alignment with architectural roadmaps, ensuring future-proof and scalable solutions.
- Present solution designs, cost models, and technical strategies to bid governance.
- Support mobilisation teams in implementing winning bids, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Provide expert guidance on complex technical issues and communicate IT strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise:
- Extensive experience in public sector bid development and integrated solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of modern enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (SaaS, Azure), and applications.
- Proven ability to define and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including pressure management.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
