About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly team at a ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated nursery in Shirley. This role offers flexible shifts and a supportive environment for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality childcare in line with EYFS guidelines.
- Promoting children’s learning and development.
- Implementing child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Working effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
- Working using initiative to meet the needs of the children and nursery.
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 2/3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner Certificate.
- Sound knowledge of EYFS.
- Experience working with children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
