Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products.
- Inspire customers and colleagues.
- Exceed sales objectives (‘Smashing your Targets’).
- Embrace change and handle customer engagement, both in-person and virtually.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints proactively.
- Receive training on various systems to enhance knowledge and bring memorable holidays to life for customers.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Passion for travel and tourism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant systems.
