About the Role:
Become a destination expert and travel advisor, recommending holidays, cruises, and UK breaks. You will be part of TUI’s Retail Team, building unforgettable customer experiences in our Aberdare store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire customers and colleagues with your passion for travel.
- Exceed sales and objectives (Smashing your Targets).
- Embrace change and handle customer interactions effectively, both in-store and virtually.
- Resolve customer questions and complaints proactively with support from colleagues.
- Utilize various systems to enhance knowledge and effectively answer customer queries.
- Complete practical and written assignments via an online learning platform with a dedicated coach, working towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
