About the Role:
A fantastic full-time Family PA role has opened in Little Gaddesden, near Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. This role will involve supporting a family of five with a variety of tasks, including childcare, household management, and personal assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive childcare, including overseeing homework, ensuring children have necessary school supplies, and engaging in recreational activities during holidays.
- Manage the household, including laundry, keeping children’s areas organized, running errands, and assisting with school administration.
- Prepare healthy and nutritious meals and snacks for children.
- Drive children to and from activities and after-school clubs.
- Maintain the family household in a clean and organized state.
- Assist with the family’s general needs.
- Be a confident driver with a clean license (duty vehicle provided).
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven childcare experience (essential).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Childcare qualifications (desirable but not essential).
- Enhanced DBS (Update) and 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid certification (required).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Live-out option: 53,040 gross per annum.
- Live-in option: 40,560 gross per annum.
- Fully insured car provided for duty use.
- Separate annexe (with sitting room, kitchenette and ensuite) for live-in option.
