About the Role:
Windsor Forest College Group seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work with learners in the Engineering and Motor Vehicles department at the BCA Campus. This role provides crucial support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to enhance their learning experience and full participation in college life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with teaching and learning activities.
- Provide educational and mentoring support for students with SEN.
- Promote positive relationships and acceptable behavior among students.
- Support students in accessing the curriculum effectively.
- Work under the direction of the Curriculum Leader.

- Proven ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse student needs.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
